I ordered custom foam cases, emphasizing the foam must be firmly glued.Despite confirming my request, the delivered foam was detached or came off easily due to their use of unsuitable glue for PU foam. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and even told me to glue it myself. I provided undeniable proof, including unboxing videos, but after paying $1,600, they only refunded $100, with $300 from insurance. I also had to spend $190 on glue and tools, plus hours fixing the cases.This wasn’t the first issue. I ordered carbon fiber tubes with 2 x custom molds that were defective and incorrectly sized. They refused any reimbursement, claiming custom molds couldn’t be reused, resulting in thousands of dollars in losses. Their insurance is a joke, always avoiding full compensation and offering minimal payouts.Even clear evidence of their mistakes was ignored, and they used absurd excuses and lies to deny responsibility.

Regarding the issue of the sponge adhesive on the top cover, our company did not charge any labor fees to the customer. We helped them stick it for free, and our workers operated according to our standard procedures.
This customer only ordered 20 cases, and after deducting shipping costs, the total product cost for this order is US$710.11; It was only because he claimed that the sponge on the top cover was not firmly attached that he demanded compensation of US$3-4000. This is clearly unreasonable and constitutes extortion.
Even if a person re sticks the top sponge onto the cases, it only takes a few time.
Finally, the customer's attitude and language in solving the problem were extremely bad, repeatedly insulting our company's sales personnel and slandering our made-in-china products. And through our investigation with Alibaba, this customer has repeatedly engaged in similar operations with different suppliers to obtain compensation, and should be considered a habitual offender.
